1) Contact & arrange for a local transfer agent to make sure your purchase is legal in your area. If you don't have one GunBroker.com^®  & AuctionArms.com^©  are great sources for local gun dealers that will do transfers. All weapons purchased from www.massfirearms.com must be transfered to another ffl_01. Maine** residents receive a $20.00 credit on their purchase.

    2) Pay for your selection. Either mail, to below, an USPS (only!) MO for the appropriate amount. The USPS MO is for your protection also. We do not accept any other form of payment except for AlertPay^®. We can accept Visa^®, American Express^® & cash through AlertPay^®. Simply find your item at the bottom of this page, click on the appropriate link to pay for your purchase.

    3) Have agent mail an inked copy of their ffl_01 to: www.massfirearms.com  or email (signed) copy: massfirearms@safe-mail.net  or fax (signed) copy : 1-617-849-5475.

    4) Upon receipt of your payment and the copy of the ffl_01 from your transfer agent we will mail your weapon to the agent. Included in this mailing will be a copy of our ffl_01 for your agent & two receipted copies of the bill of sale.

**Maine residents:  We are under construction so can not comfortably transfer from our premises. At this time you will need a transfer agent. We are primarily firearms consultants/appraisers of Smith and Wesson 1st & 2nd generation semi-auto handguns. We do not offer regular business hours. If you are paying by cash just reduce your payment by the credit amount. If by paying by AlertPay^®  email for a special link. Thanks.
