Skill Builder - Positional Shooting

Mass Firearms NEW 2-hour Dynamic Pistol:Advanced Tactics review gives students invaluable trigger time downrange, drawing from concealment in a 3-dimensional envornment. This session explores a variety of postions and situations and explores real-world defensive techniques. This downrange session is meant to be repeated in order to sharpen skills that could save your life. Combat stressors are appropriately applied with time and distance drills.

       

Students of all skill levels are welcome; however students need to be familiar with the basics of drawing from concealment and shooting their handgun.

     

Topics Practiced:

   

- Performing under stress

- Barrier Shooting

- Positional shooting (leaning, sitting, kneeling, prone)

- Advanced combat drills

- Shooting in doorways/enclosed areas

     

Please bring the following to class:

      

- License to Carry (required)

- Firearm of your choice (we can provide one for the class...contact the office for details)

- Holster (unsafe holster configurations are not allowed...contact the office for details)

- Extra magazine, speed loader or reloading device

- Magazine pouch (you can use your pocket if that’s how you plan to carry, not recommended)

- Eye/Ear protection

- 150 rounds of ammunition
